The formal dining room will accommodate up to six guests, and is adjacent to the modern kitchen, which opens to a breakfast area that seats four. The master suite has high ceilings, and is furnished with a queen bed. This bedroom also has its own TV, and a private full bath. A second bedroom, also furnished with a queen bed, has a ceiling fan and its own TV, and shares the full hall bath with a third bedroom, furnished with two twin beds, and including a ceiling fan and TV.

LOFT: A circular stairway leads to the loft, which looks down on the living area, and out through the tall windows in the living room to the lagoon and the distant fairway. This cozy room is furnished with a double bed and has its own TV. It has access to the full hall bath downstairs.
