Abundant seating and a game table with seating for four offer a repose from the hectic world off the island. The spacious living room overlooks the Cougar Point Golf Course and a lovely little lagoon. Hardwood floors, high ceilings, a baby grand piano, and large arched windows all add a sense of drama to the room. There is a half-bath located off the living room. The dining room will seat up to eight guests at the table, while in the kitchen, up to ten guests can be accommodated at the breakfast bar which seats three, kitchen desk which seats one, and breakfast nook which seats six. There is a TV to help pass the time while cooking. The first floor also has a library retreat with comfortable seating, a desk for those who can't leave work behind, a stereo, and a TV, not to mention the collection of books available for your enjoyment. Each of these rooms opens onto the furnished wrap-around deck. The master bedroom is furnished with a king sleigh bed and includes his and hers closets, and a private bath with whirlpool tub and separate stall shower. SECOND FLOOR: The wide landing of this second floor has been turned into a cozy conversation area. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and also has a daybed and trundle bed. This bedroom has a full bath. A third bedroom, furnished with a queen bed, has a private bath. Both of these bedrooms have a private balcony. THIRD FLOOR: The third floor family room features a home theater system with TV, VCR and DVD player, and a stereo, and a cozy conversation nook overlooks the living room. The fourth bedroom is furnished with two twin beds and has a skylight and a private bath with a claw-footed tub and stall shower. Each home includes free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service and 24-hour security in a gated community.
