The home offers both a formal living room and family room, a fireplace, a large deck with barbeque grill is available for cooking outdoors. LIVING AREAS: High ceilings and lots of windows mark this lovely home. The living room has timbered peaked ceilings and plenty of comfortable seating. The gas fireplace is a great place to curl in front of on cool winter evenings. Sliding glass doors lead out to the deck, which has a gas barbeque grill and a dining area for six. Back inside, the dining room is on the other side of the living area, and seats six guests at the oval glass table. The kitchen is fully equipped and should include everything for basic cooking, except the food! A pass-through from the kitchen looks out over the den, which has built-in and stocked bookshelves, a flat-screen TV and DVD player, and expanded tier cable.

BEDROOMS: The master suite has vaulted ceilings and a wall of windows. It is furnished with a king four poster bed, and offers a TV with expanded tier cable, a stereo, private access to the back deck and great lagoon views, as well as a full private master bath. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen four-poster bed, and has its own TV with built-in DVD player. The third bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, and the fourth bedroom is a dormered loft with two twin beds, a TV with built-in DVD player, a small sitting area, and a window unit A/C.
