The spacious gourmet eat-in kitchen features granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and a kitchen island/breakfast bar with seating for 2 guests. In addition, the sunny breakfast nook has seating for 4. Off the kitchen is a butler's pantry, and a wet bar. The Master suite is furnished with a king bed, and has its own flat screen TV with expanded basic cable. The private bath has both a garden tub and separate shower, and a dressing room. The His and Hers vanities are separated by a window with a window seat. The Master suite has direct access to the front porch. Outside, the furnished screened porch and deck are wonderful places to enjoy the outdoors. A built-in barbeque grill makes outdoor dining much easier. SECOND FLOOR: A roomy den features a flat screen TV, DVD player and VCR, and full service wet bar with cool storage drawers. A small table seats up to 4 guests, and is great for snacking or playing games. There is direct access to the second floor porch from the den. A bedroom with a king bed and full bath has its own TV and access to the second-floor porch. A second bedroom with a king bed also has a full bath. A third bedroom with a full bath is furnished with a queen bed. A fourth bedroom is furnished with two twin beds and has a full bath. Each home includes free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service and 24-hour security in a gated community.
