FIRST FLOOR: The great room includes a living area with a TV and DVD player, as well as a portable CD player. The adjacent dining area seats up to ten guests at the table, while the kitchen, with its granite counters, can accommodate three more at the island breakfast bar. French doors open from the living area and kitchen onto the furnished screened porch, which has a dining table for four. One bedroom is located on the first floor, and is furnished with a queen bed, and includes a TV and access to the full hall bath. Plantation shutters along the bottom windows offer privacy while not cutting off the sunlight.

SECOND FLOOR: The master suite is located on the second floor and is furnished with a king bed. This room has its own TV with DVD player, a private screened porch, and a private full bath with double sinks, a whirlpool tub, and separate shower. Also on the second floor is a bedroom with a double bed that shares a full hall bath with a third upstairs bedroom furnished with a daybed and trundle. The final bedroom on the second floor has two twin beds and includes built-in bookcases which flank a window seat. This bedroom has a full private bath.
