Past the foyer to the left is the living room. A gas fireplace anchors the room, and a TV and DVD player are above the fireplace. Sliding glass doors give access to the furnished screened porch. Relax in a rocker or lounge in the loveseat. Or step outside to the courtyard to enjoy grilling by the pool, or relaxing in the sun. To the right of the foyer is the dining area which can seat up to six. Past the dining area is the eat-in kitchen, which has a breakfast nook with a table for four, and a breakfast bar, which seats four. A granite-topped island houses a double sink, and there is custom cabinetry and tile floors. There are two master suites in the main house. The first master suite has a king four-poster bed, a sitting area with TV and access to the screened porch, and a private bath with whirlpool tub and separate shower. The second master suite is also furnished with a king four-poster bed, and has its own TV, plus a private bath with whirlpool tub and separate shower.

CABANA HOUSE: The two remaining bedrooms are across the courtyard in the cabana house. One bedroom has two twin beds and a full bath, and the other has two Twin beds and a half bath. Each bedroom has a small TV and direct pool access. Please note that there is no communication between the main house and the cabana house.
