Large picture windows gaze out onto the furnished sundeck, which provides a dining table for six guests, gas barbeque grill and a whirlpool. Peaceful lagoon and wooded views can be enjoyed from inside or out. Through an archway, guests find the gourmet kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, custom cabinetry, and a kitchen island breakfast bar that seats two guests. The dining table will accommodate eight guests. The sunroom includes high ceilings, great lagoon views, and a kitchenette with a wet bar and wine cooler. Guests access the deck from the sunroom. Sorry, the indoor grill is not for use. The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed, and includes a wall-mounted flat screen TV, leather club chair, deck access, a walk-in closet, and a master bathroom with His and Hers vanities, a whirlpool tub, and separate stall shower.

SECOND FLOOR: At the head of the stairs is a bedroom with a queen bed. It shares a full hall bath with granite counters. A second upstairs bedroom is furnished with a king bed and has its own TV and leather club chair. . Down the hall, which overlooks the living room, is a comfortable conversation area with plush furnishings. A third bedroom is furnished with a twin bed and a double/twin bunk bed. This bedroom has a private full bath. Another set of stairs leads down to a rec room which has two futons, and a flat-screen TV and VCR. A desk area is set up here for guests who have to bring their work with them.
