Wide sliding glass doors provide expansive ocean views, and direct access to the furnished back deck, which has steps going down to the private beach path. The back deck has a gas barbeque grill, and is adjacent to the screened porch, where guests will find a granite topped dining table for six. The screened porch is accessed also from the dining room, which will seat up to eight guests. This room segues into the recently remodeled kitchen, with new maple cabinets, granite countertops, hardwood floors and new appliances. The living room is just off of the dining room and has expansive ocean views and direct access to a deck and steps to the beach.

SECOND FLOOR: On the second floor is the recently remodeled master suite. This large bedroom has a king bed, wood floors, and expansive ocean views. There is a large walk-in closet with custom built cabinetry, a private sitting area with a cozy seating arrangement, a flat-screen TV, and a full private bathroom. A second bedroom furnished with a queen bed is also located upstairs, and has a small sitting area with a writing desk, and a private bathroom. There is a den on the second floor landing with an additional TV, which also has bookshelves stocked with books, and makes a comfortable spot for reading.
