Square Feet: 4822 FIRST FLOOR: To the left of the front door is a game room, which has a pool table and gaming table for four. This room includes its own TV, window seats, access to a small private balcony, and a daybed with a trundle. Across the foyer is a bedroom with two twin beds. This bedroom also includes access to a small private balcony. Down the hall is a third bedroom, which is furnished with a double/twin bunk bed, and also has a loft with a twin bed. This bedroom has a full private bath. The wood-paneled living room has leather furnishings, and a wet bar. Large windows and a sliding glass door show off ocean views, and give access to the furnished back deck, which includes a gas barbeque grill. The adjacent dining room has seating for up to eight guests. The kitchen has a large tiled center island with bar seating for four, and is open to the den, which has built-in bookshelves complete with a small lending library, a TV and DVD player, and a stereo system. The den has a sleeper sofa, and beautiful ocean views, as well as deck access. There is a fourth bedroom on the first floor, furnished with a queen bed. This bedroom shares access to the hall bath, and has access to the hot tub room, where up to eight guests can enjoy the hot tub and small ocean views at the same time. This room has a wet bar and window seat, as well as deck access. SECOND FLOOR: On the second floor is the master suite. Furnished with a king bed, this bedroom includes high peaked ceilings, a private furnished deck, and beautiful ocean views. There is a sofa as well, and a private bath with a whirlpool tub. A set of spiral steps lead down to the hot tub room. A sixth bedroom is found on the second floor, with a queen bed. This bedroom also has a sleeping loft furnished with a twin bed. Ocean views can be enjoyed from this room, as well as deck access and a private full bath. Each home includes free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service and 24-hour security in a gated community.
