The eat-in kitchen is to the right, and includes a double refrigerator, double sinks, a wet bar and ice maker, and a flat-top stove with two gas burners. There is also a stereo. The breakfast table seats four guests easily. A door off the kitchen leads to the screened porch, which has seating for 8 at its dining table, and features a built-in gas grill. The kitchen has ocean views over the casual living room, which is furnished with a large sectional couch, and has a big screen TV and DVD player. The living room and den both access the large multi-level deck, which has plenty of seating, and steps leading to the boardwalk and the beach, or the hot tub under the deck. On the other side of the kitchen is the formal dining room, which can seat up to 10 guests at the table, and has a beautiful build-in marble top buffet. A half-bath and laundry room are down the hall, as is the office, with its built-in shelves and desk, comfortable sleeper sofa, flat-screen TV, and DVD player. To the left of the front door is the first master bedroom. This room has stunning ocean views, a king bed and custom bedding. There is a big-screen TV here, as well as separate His and Hers bathrooms with a steam shower in each bath, and a bidet and soaking tub in Her bath.

SECOND FLOOR: Upstairs is a second master bedroom with a king bed and custom bedding. A beautiful ocean view can be had from this bedroom, which has its own private bath with a soaking tub and separate shower, as well as a bidet. The next room is a game room with a private deck and wonderful ocean views. A gaming table seats six, and there is a kitchenette with a small refrigerator, ice maker, microwave and toaster, and even a dishwasher! A stereo is available in this room. The third bedroom has two double beds, and faces the ocean. It also features custom bedding and has its own private bath with a bidet and tub and separate shower. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds, and features custom bedding and a private bath with a tub and shower combination. Partial ocean views can be seen from the two windows. There is a half-bath/laundry room in the hall. BASEMENT: The basement of this home is a great place to play on a rainy day. It features a wet bar with ice maker and small refrigerator, as well as a TV/VCR/DVD combo. There is also a half-bath with a bidet and a washer/dryer. Outside, shaded by the deck, is a seafood prep area with a sink and long counter, and an oyster shucking table, as well as built-in benches. The enclosed outdoor shower has plenty of room.
