The high timbered ceiling almost fades away as the eye is drawn to the vibrant blue of sky and sea. The living area has plenty of seating, and the dining area can seat up to eight guests at the table. Sliding glass doors give way to the spacious furnished deck, which includes a hot tub that will seat up to eight guests. The fully equipped kitchen includes marble counters, stainless steel appliances, terra-cotta tiles and custom bead board cabinetry, as well as a skylight. A breakfast nook can seat up to four guests, and leads to the furnished screened porch, which has a dining table for four, and a gas barbeque grill. The den, adjacent to the great room, features a large flat screen TV with VCR and DVD player, as well as a collection of books. A fireplace is available as well. The first-floor master bedroom has a king bed, a flat-screen TV, full ocean views and private access to the deck and hot tub. The master bath includes dual sinks and custom tile. SECOND FLOOR: The second floor has access to a deck with a stunning full ocean view, and a spiral staircase that leads directly to the private beach boardwalk. There are three bedrooms upstairs. The first bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, and shares a full hall bath with the third bedroom, also furnished with a queen bed. The fourth bedroom is furnished with two twin beds and has a private full bath. All bedrooms are equipped with TVs and DVD players. Each home includes free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service and 24-hour security in a gated community. Wireless internet services are not guaranteed to work with your equipment. The wireless service operates on an open network that requires no logins or passwords and provides no network security.
