Square Feet: 2416 FIRST FLOOR: The living area is a great place for family gatherings. Guests have use of the gas fireplace, and Sliding glass doors open out to the large furnished deck and screened porch, with barbeque grill and plenty of seating for everyone. Lots of windows let in the sun as well as reveal great lagoon views. The dining area seats up to eight guests, and is separated from the eat-in kitchen by a banquette. The kitchen table seats six. The first-floor master suite is furnished with a queen bed, and includes private access to the furnished deck, as well as a private bath with a whirlpool tub. SECOND FLOOR: There are two bedrooms on the second floor. The first of these bedrooms has two twin beds and a small sitting area, plus access to a furnished second-floor deck. This bedroom shares the full hall bath with the third bedroom, which is also furnished with two twin beds. Each home includes free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans, plus local telephone service and 24-hour security in a gated community.
