FIRST FLOOR: The eat-in kitchen seats four guests, and features a Jenn-air range, indoor grill, double sink with disposal, and a pass-thru to the dining area which can be opened so no one has to miss a thing! The dining area seats seven and features a large round table where guests may enjoy the ocean views while eating. The living room overlooks the golf course and ocean, and a bank of windows offers marvelous views. Guests can enjoy a book from one of the built-in bookcases which flank the fireplace, or may prefer to watch TV, a video or DVD. A wet bar is available, as well. The living room opens to the furnished sundeck which has seating for up to four guests, where a gas grill is waiting to make tasty burgers or kebabs. A bedroom off the living room is furnished with a king bed and has its own TV and VCR, lovely ocean views, and opens to the deck. The private bath features a double vanity, a stall shower, and a whirlpool tub. A half bath is located off the foyer.

SECOND FLOOR: A cozy second bedroom furnished with two twin beds and a trundle bed has a small ocean view and its own full bath. Just down the hall, a third bedroom furnished with a queen bed offers incredible full ocean views, and has a private full bath. The comfortable master bedroom is furnished with a king bed and has stunning ocean views. The master bath features both a stall shower and whirlpool tub. THIRD FLOOR: From the second floor, guests can ascend a small spiral staircase to find a true treasure - a third floor sundeck with incredible panoramic views! It's a perfect spot for sunbathing or enjoying the scenery.
