This beautiful family vacation home is located in the highly desirable Turtle Beach area. The neighborhood pool is located only 50 yards away, and the beach access is a quick jaunt over the lagoon bridge and through the beach access at the 15th and 16th fairway of Turtle Point Golf Course. The beach in this area is the wide, flat, white sand beach Kiawah is known for, but the walk to get there is just as breathtaking. Sit and enjoy a beautiful lagoon view from the screened porch, the kitchen, the dining area or the master bedroom. A small island in the center of the lagoon attracts many different varieties of birds, turtles and other wildlife. From rocking chairs on the front porch, guests can enjoy views of the 17th fairway of the Turtle Point Golf Course. Square Feet: 2973 FIRST FLOOR: This welcoming beach house has a large living space which includes an entertainment center with a 32-inch TV with DVD player and expanded tier cable, perfect for family gatherings. Hardwood floors run throughout the living areas, and bead board walls add character to this wonderful property. The dining room has a large round table with seating for eight guests, with a lazy susan in the center for family meals. Four additional seats are at the breakfast bar which separates the dining area from the fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes a butcher block island and access to the furnished screened porch. The porch has a dining table for six that can accommodate up to eight in a pinch. Rocking chairs and additional wicker armchairs provide additional seating, and a comfortable place to relax and enjoy the lagoon views. The master suite is furnished with a king bed, and includes a full private bath with two sinks and a tub and shower combination. A second master suite is furnished with a king bed and a full private bath with a soaking tub and separate stall shower. This bathroom also has a door to the side entrance of the house and the outdoor shower, perfect for after beach outings. A third bedroom is furnished with two twin beds and has a connected full bathroom which also shares hall access. SECOND FLOOR: A fourth bedroom located upstairs is furnished with a king bed and includes a twin berth (built-in) bed, private balcony and full private bath. The fifth bedroom is furnished with two twin beds and a private bathroom with stall shower. Each home includes free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, local telephone service, 24-hour security in a gated community.
