Located only 50 yards from the community swimming pool and situated on the neighborhood croquet lawn, this non-smoking home features wireless internet access, hardwood floors, a fireplace, ceiling fans, and a screened porch. With five bedrooms and five baths, this home accommodates up to twelve guests. Monthly rental is available in the winter months. Square Feet: 2508 FIRST FLOOR: The living area is in the front part of the great room, and has hardwood floors, bead board walls, built-in bookshelves flanking a fireplace, a wall-mounted flat screen TV with expanded tier cable and DVD player, and a stereo. The living area also has a sleeper sofa. The wood floors and bead board walls continue into the dining area, which can seat up to eight guests at the table. It is separated from the kitchen by a breakfast bar which can seat three guests, and has access to the furnished screened porch, where guests will find a dining table for six, as well as ceiling fans and a nice view of the neighborhood croquet lawn. Another door on the screened porch accesses the kitchen, which includes tile floors and granite counters. A bedroom to the left of the front door is furnished with two twin beds, and has its own TV and a private bath. A second bedroom, on the other side of the front door, has two twin beds and a TV, and has access to a hall bath. The first floor master bedroom is located off the dining area, and is furnished with a king bed. This bedroom has private access to the screened porch, a TV/VCR, and a private bath. SECOND FLOOR: On the second floor is another master bedroom, furnished with a king four poster bed, and has its own TV. This bedroom has a private bath with double vanity and a whirlpool tub. A fifth bedroom features a queen bed and has its own TV and private bath. Each home includes free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, local telephone service, 24-hour security in a gated community.
