If you still need some entertaining, there is a 19-inch TV in this bedroom. The third bedroom on this floor is set up as a den but has a custom built-in Murphy bed that pulls down for sleeping. This room includes its own closet, built-in drawers, and a full private bath with shower. This room also has a large 42-inch flat panel TV and a collection of beautiful art books to admire, as well as ocean views with access to the deck and screened-in porch. The laundry room is located on this floor as well.

SECOND FLOOR: As you round the corner at the top of the stairs, the second floor great room may take your breath away. A beautiful sun-filled room with burnished wood floors draws your eyes directly to large sliding glass doors with stunning ocean views. This open space contains living room and has comfortable seating for conversation, gazing at the ocean, or viewing the large 48-inch flat panel TV. The dining area seats six guests, and offers access to an open deck with teak dining table and chairs which can seat six. The well-planned kitchen is also a part of this open plan and includes granite countertops, a breakfast bar that seats four, and stainless steel appliances that includes an oversized refrigerator and freezer. There is a queen bedroom across the hall, which shares the full hall bath, which has a stall shower and granite vanity. THIRD FLOOR: This entire floor is dedicated to a sophisticated master suite that provides an eagle-eye view of the beach below. Ensconced in this sublime combination of natural hues and texture, you may not want to venture down except for essentials. This master suite has a built-in window seat with stunning views for book reading, sketching or star-gazing, and includes a 32-inch flat panel TV.
